Full Body Fitness
(Fitness for fighting against Laziness)
Using a combination of workout and exercises from martial arts and Kinesiology, you get stronger, faster, and more fit in a custom fashion. Somewhere between plyometrics, cardiovascular, pilates, circuit training, and good ol’ punching bag hitting you get the fun high energy class that is combat conditioning.
Aikido Weapons
(Sword, mid-length staff, knife, etc.)
Learn to be able to use tools of a samurai like the katana, Jo, and tanto. This will also include techniques in defense to these weapons.
Self-Defense & Ukemi
(Anti-Bully training, weapon defense, & street application techniques. Plus learn to fall safely & roll smoothly )
No gi or martial arts uniform required. Street clothes for street ready self-defense.

Dojo Run
(Obstacle courses, mud runs, & running activities)
Run for fun with a group of people that enjoy group run activities. Train for things like the Color Run, Tough Mudder, or the Spartan race. Learn to tackle different obstacles and as you join Team TNC.
