This martial art emphasizes using your opponent’s energy or momentum against them, using techniques like joint manipulation, striking redirection, weapon disarmament, and much more.

Danzanryu Jujitsu

This martial art focuses on efficiency. By utilizing principles such as torque and balance, an individual of smaller size can successfully subdue a larger opponent. It incorporates techniques including throws, pins, submissions, sweeps, takedowns, and more.

Conditioning Class
Fitness for fighting against laziness

Train hard, not just in martial arts! Using a combination of workout and exercises from martial arts and Kinesiology, you get stronger, faster, and more fit in a custom fashion. Get your body ready for your next tournament or obstacle race with workouts in plyometrics, cardiovascular, pilates, circuit training, and good ol’ punching bag hits.

Learn and use tools of a samurai like the katana, jo, and tanto. Also includes techniques in defense of these weapons.

Beginners are welcome! Learn self-defense and basic skills for disarming and keeping yourself and loved ones safe. Ukemi refers to the technique of falling safely.
