Dojo Run

The Dojo run class is for preparation for those that want to get ready to run that 1st 5k or push their limit for the new 10k. Or maybe you want to get ready for the next Spartan race or Tough Mudder obstacle course race. The TNC dojo run is all about getting you ready for those. We run together as a group and work out together. From running around ponds and lakes, to up and down hills, or some fun outdoor training we get our cardio & endurance in. Beginners are welcome. We all started somewhere
